Older newborn photography in my natural and understated style…..
One thing I am hearing quite a lot lately is that parents believe they have “missed the window” if their newborn baby has passed the 3-4 weeks age, for having professional photographs taken. This can be the case if you are looking for that highly-styled, highly-posed kind of photography for your baby, but not so with my natural lifestyle approach to newborn photography.
I not only offer to photograph up until your baby is 12 weeks old, but I positively encourage it! Each stage of a baby’s first few weeks brings new milestones, but an older newborn is often more awake, more smiley and they really start to interact with their parents and often my camera!!
Please don’t ever feel you’ve left it too late – below are some images of older newborns aged from 5-12 weeks and I think you will agree they are all adorable!
I have a “no hidden cost” approach to my newborn photography; you pay a shoot fee to secure the booking and you choose your image collection when you view your photographs around 2 weeks after your shoot.

At newborn shoots with older babies, capture those smiles, that eye contact, and all the newborn yawns as well!
Thankyou for choosing me to capture this precious time with you. Check out my instagram feed here for more examples of my newborns at all ages from 10 days to 12 weeks.

Danson House in Bexleyheath is a beautiful venue for a wedding, and on a lovely, sunny April day, Bille, Harry and their families all met for a wonderful wedding ceremony in the Sir John Boyd room. Coverage started with Harry, his groom’s party and his family, where I...

I am super excited to have started offering coverage of Danson House (and other Kent venues) for micro weddings. I have photographed at Danson House, Bexleyheath, several times now and really enjoy the intimacy of these smaller weddings. I can shoot unobtrusively,...
