Danson House Bexleyheath Weddings – Congratulations Billie & Harry
Danson House in Bexleyheath is a beautiful venue for a wedding, and on a lovely, sunny April day, Bille, Harry and their families all met for a wonderful wedding ceremony in the Sir John Boyd room. Coverage started with Harry, his groom’s party and his family, where I took candid photographs of the guests arriving and of Harry getting ready to go inside. Billie arrived in the most beautiful white vintage taxi I have ever photographed, and her and her maid of honour made their way up the stairs to the ceremony room, giving me the perfect opportunity to take some shots on the steps of the spiral staircase, which I love!
After the ceremony, and some more formal group shots on the steps, we headed round the back of Danson House, to the Fleur de Lis tea rooms which had been privately hired for their initial wedding party. The place looked stunning; all the beautiful old china, homemade cakes and pastel décor making the most wonderful back drop for their photographs. They left here some hours later in the same white vintage taxi that Billie and her Dad had arrived in, and headed to their evening reception in Bexleyheath.
Thank you so much to you both for booking me to capture your day. It was really lovely and an absolute honour and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
