An outdoor shoot for one of my closest friends and her family!

Well, who would have thought it! I have never been more nervous than taking one of my closest friends and her family out, for their outdoor photography shoot! The girls have grown up with me – I’m “Auntie Nina” for goodness sake but this didn’t quell those nerves!

The girls are absolute bundles of energy, both with very different personalities as you’ll be able to see! We had an absolute blast, tearing round Less Ness Abbey – which has undergone extensive renovations since I was last here. I love the contrast of the modern versus the old here, with the 12th century Abbey ruins and the high rise buildings of the local town.

It was a good day for taking pictures, the daffodils were in full bloom with lots of tree blossom around, fabulous backdrops for photographs.

My nerves soon disappeared and we had a thoroughly fun time, this shoot took just under an hour, it was fast for sure, but this shows it can be done!

If you would like to book a similar session, please just get in touch to find out more

for now, here are some of my favourite pictures to enjoy…….
