Natural Cake smash sessions are great and they are often booked to celebrate and mark the occasion of your little one’s first birthday.

My style for these sessions is natural and super understated; your baby will remain the total focus of these shoots and not get lost in a large amount of props. This style isn’t for everyone so please do take a look at my images first to check I am the photographer for you.

These sessions are lots of fun. We start with some simple shots of your little one playing with my wooden toys, before setting up the smash. The little ones have a great time breaking off the cake, eating it, squishing it in their fingers and throwing it around the set! Parents are encouraged to help their baby, by breaking off chunks and hiding toys in the back of the cake for baby to find. Little ones really do love these sessions – what’s not to love about being able to make a mess at someone else’s house!

My prices are all inclusive. Your session fee includes a set-up chosen from the selection I have here, an outfit (if you wish), your cake, your photoshoot and 30 digital images. Wall art is very popular at these sessions and I will have samples on display for you to look at, should you wish. You’re photoshoot will take place in my Bexley photography studio in Kent.

Bookings are taken during school term time on weekdays and I always recommend we start the session at 11am. Sessions last around an hour..
