I’ve been wanting to offer Christmas mini shoots for a long time now. I’ve offered these outside before, but often it has proved tricky due to our UK weather and the timing. One year I offered them on the Southbank and it worked really well but they had to be shot in late November and it’s just to near to date to allow for editing and ordering of prints and products.

I trialed running a cooking shoot in my kitchen, this looked so good but i just felt anxious with the safety aspect of small children on step stalls at my kitchen work surface so this is someting for clients homes only, (i am offering my signature lifestyle shoots again now, in clients homes, as long as i can adhere to the 2m distance, please do get in touch for details).

This year, I’ve taken my signature studio style – white, understated, minimalistic and maybe some would say “Scandinavian” – to create a really cute Christmas set up. As always, with all my studio work, I want your baby or child to be the sole focus of the shoot and not get lost in too much decor.

I am looking at adding a few bits to this but this will give you an idea of what to expect. Booking will open next week. These shoots will cost £100, last 30 minutes and include 3 digitial images with more to purchase at my discounted mini shoot prices. Due to the current situation we are living in, I will only offer two of these per day, and at the moment these will be on school days during school hours. I plan to offer a couple of sessions in the half term holiday for primary school aged children, but this set up is really for little ones.
